Psalms 126:3
The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

The Jews had been set free from captivity and were rejoicing in the great things the Lord had done for them. As God's children today we have also enjoyed a great deliverance. We have been saved from the penalty of sin by God's matchless grace. We can also rejoice in present deliverance from the power of sin and one day we will be saved from the very presence of sin. Surely God has done great things for us. Let us not take His mercies for granted but rather rejoice in our God for all He has done and also to let others know as well. When the demon possessed man from Gadara was healed he was told to tell others concerning the great things God had done for him.

Luke 8:39
Return to thine own house, and shew how great things God hath done unto thee. And he went his way, and published throughout the whole city how great things Jesus had done unto him.

Rejoice and be glad!
The Redeemer has come!
Go look on His cradle,
His cross, and His tomb.

Sound His praises, tell the story,
Of Him Who was slain;
Sound His praises, tell with gladness,
He liveth again.

Remember to focus on the Lord Jesus.

1 Corinthians 15:57
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

Remember to take time in the Word

Psalms 103:20

Bless the LORD, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

Psalms 126:1 <<A Song of degrees.>> When the LORD turned again the captivity of Zion, we were like them that dream.

2 Then was our mouth filled with laughter, and our tongue with singing: then said they among the heathen, The LORD hath done great things for them.

3 The LORD hath done great things for us; whereof we are glad.

4 Turn again our captivity, O LORD, as the streams in the south.

5 They that sow in tears shall reap in joy.

6 He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him.

Remember to pray

Hebrews 13:15
By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
